How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our collections under Shop All, Skirts & Pants or Blouses, choose your items, select sizes, and add them to your cart. When ready, click the cart icon and follow the checkout steps. 


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and other standard online payment options like PayPal. You’ll see the available payment methods at checkout.

 

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 AUD Australia wide. 

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location. Most Australian orders are dispatched quickly and arrive in ~3–5 business days after shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love what you ordered, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.


What is your return/exchange policy?

 

You can return or exchange most items within 14 days from the date of purchase if they are:


  • In brand-new condition (unworn, unwashed and unused),
  • With original tags still attached, and
  • Returned in their original packaging.

This includes returns for refunds or exchanges, however some items can be eligible for 30 day returns.


Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Yes! Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase for eligible items, subject to availability of the new size/colour.


What items are final sale?

Some products may be marked Final Sale at the time of purchase, these cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.


What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out. Faulty items must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.


How do I return an item?

To return an item:


  1. Contact us first (via our Contact page or email) to let us know you’re returning your purchase.
  2. Pack the item securely with tags attached and include your order details or receipt.
  3. Ship the item back to us. Costs for return shipping are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.


When will I get my refund?

 

Refunds are processed once your return is received and approved. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Sizing & Care

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend checking our Sizing Chart (linked on product pages) before ordering. Many of our skirts are resizable and reversible to help achieve a comfortable fit. 

How should I care for my Melia Ann garments?

 

To keep your reversible pieces looking their best:

  • Hand wash in cold water where possible,
  • Follow care instructions provided on each item’s label
